"I thought Brian was very helpful in our search. He was well versed in the language used in the descriptions of the houses and was quick to look into anything that he was unsure about. Brian was very easy to get a hold of, often responding to emails within minutes. This made it easy to search and check out houses. Brian was also very flexible and accommodating with our schedule. We looked at a lot of places and were only available to do so on weeknights. Brian was exceptional at making himself available to see places as soon as we possibly could. This was invaluable in the current market as the quality houses are selling off the market extremely fast, as evidenced through our offer and eventual purchase of a home which was on the market for only a few days. Brian was not afraid to let his true feelings be known on the location and condition of a home based on its description. In the beginning we would check out anything in our price range and within the neighborhoods we were looking. While Brian was not so high on certain places, he had no problem with at least taking a look with us. Although we eventually got Brian's advice pounded into our thick skulls and stopped looking at the lesser quality houses, it was nice to have someone willing to do what they could for us and our wants. Final thing I can think of, the weekly emails of new places on the market were helpful and Brian's willingness/eagerness to find out what we were really looking for and tweaking those emails as needed was great."
